"Received a completely unprofessional call from someone at this location. What started out with him trying to get me to switch back to State Farm, and my repeated attempts to tell him no, ended with him berating me for moving here and increasing coverage costs for everyone in Florida because I was happy with our current insurer and didn’t want to switch back to State Farm. After that phone call, I definitely wouldn’t want to work with State Farm again. And this is after being a loyal customer of State Farm for over 20 years with a different State Farm agent before they increased our rates drastically.
