"💯 Excellent to work with! Shoutout to John, Paige, and the rest of the crew! 🔥 I had pretty serious mix up on some DMV forms and had only a couple days to fix while I was out of town. The team here helped me get my policy fixed and updated the DMV in matter of hours! Also generally pleasant and easy to work with when I moved back to Florida. Great team~"

"I recently switched to State Farm and I was fortunate to end up with such a great place! Kelly has helped me so much! She has been absolutely amazing. Patiently waiting on my schedule and took the time to explain the policy and coverage and somehow saved me money! She didn’t stop there: I was having trouble with former insurance company and Kelly offered to fax my new policy to former ins and stayed late waiting for confirmation. That was on Thursday and former ins was still refusing to cancel my policy today, Tue. so Kelly did a conference call and got my policy canceled. The appreciation I have for this lady is so great, I give Kelly 10 stars! Thank you Kelly and thank you State Farm."

"In the last 18 months, my rates have gone up 6 (YES, SIX) times - from $350/mo to now $610/mo - no coverage changes or tickets that could cause this. Lacks the professionalism to CALL their customers when this happens, just hides it in the daily spam of emails they send you. If I continue w/ State Farm, I’ll have paid more in insurance than the cost of all 3 vehicles by the end of next year - quite absurd."

"The people are very nice and try to help out when/where can, however, our premium has went up 2x in a year (no tickets/ accidents)....every renewal ( so every 6 months).....it might be cheaper at first....and may still be but going to call around. They said if we bundle like house etc...would be cheaper however in another 6 months would it be?"

"After 15 or more years with State Farm they would not renew my policy because of an accident from my kids. That is fine and they have the right to do that. The problem is 2 weeks after my policy was canceled John Kizziah illegally accessed my bank account and took close to $500 out of my account for a service he no longer provides. That was the 1st of February and now it's almost the middle of March and I still don't have my money back. His office keeps telling me different dates on when State Farm is reviewing my account. There is nothing to review John. You stole money from my account and you won't give it back. Then you lie and said it's illegal for you to give me a check. Total lie. I'm not your client anymore and you are not paying me a claim. You are refunding money you stole from me To your response: You have not escalated anything. First I was told it was going to be Feb. 14th, on the 14th I was told it would be Feb. 28th. And now I'm being told March 19th. You consider that an escalation. Your office took the money so you should be responsible for giving my money back. I shouldn't have to wait 2 months to get money back the was taken from my account for a service you are no longer providing. It blows my mind I am going through this much aggravation to get money back that was stolen from my account."

"I recently got car insurance through State Farm at a very good price and even though I just got this insurance, we had an incident with a broken windshield that was taken care of right away. The people are very courteous good customer service. Looks like State Farm would be a nice fit for myself and my family"

"Blake Jarrett started calling me several months ago, each time I'd tell him I wasn't quite ready and he'd reschedule the call. Well, I had made my cross country move & was finally ready to hear what he had to say. Blake answered all of my questions, explained how as a "new renter" how beneficial a renters policy would be. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism & knowledge from this representative. I'm glad he was persistent as I ultimately benefited from his actions. Now I see he is just as handsome as his voice sounded!"
